No welcome cocktail even though I specially requested in the comments along with the delayed flight situation, never offered the shuttle service so had to pay almost $100 to arrived to the property. Food was terrible and there was not too many options, my flight was delayed and I had to contact the Expedia team since the property never respond to my messages, they didn’t seam to care neither seem to be waiting for us when we arrived. This supposed to be a 5 star hotel but I think 3 stars is more accurate.
